Fan Casting Persuader in Return to the DC Universe

Persuader is a deadly villain to the Legion of Super-Heroes. Though he isn't the first by a long shot, Nyeun Chun Ti lives up to the legacy of the Persuader, using his powerful atomic axe, capable of cutting ANYTHING, to aid him in his criminal efforts. He worked solo for a time, until the Sun-Eater incident when he was offered a pardon for his crimes if he worked with the Legion. After that, he would become a prominent part of the Fatal Five.
