Fan Casting Per Degaton in Return to the DC Universe

A man interested in time travel thanks to the Time Trust, Per Degaton stole the secrets of time travel, becoming an enemy to the JSA and the JLA, often trying to alter time to his own ends. Many versions of him from his jumps have existed, though recently, one Per Degaton has fused with his many temporal counterparts to gain omnipotence. But it also has given him enlightenment-- where he once sought to rule time or to torment his enemies, now he acts as an observer of time itself, with all of time open to him, as he is weary of the actions regarding Harvest, the hyper-evolved Dominator.
