Fan Casting Penguin in Return to the DC Universe

Growing up, Oswald Cobblepot had endured two kinds of bullies; his overbearing mother and children at his school, but he had an affinity for birds due to his mother's pet shop. As an adult, he became interested in bobbles of many kinds, leading him to be known as the Penguin, for his stout frame and his nose making him appear like his namesake. Over the years, Penguin has been notorious in Gotham City as well as trying to spread his ambitions beyond. Nowadays, he is the owner of the Iceberg Lounge, hoping to make an honest living, but he still offers his services through the black market... for the right price.
