Fan Casting Owlman (Anti-Matter) in Return to the DC Universe

The oldest son of police officer Thomas Wayne, Sr. and his wife Martha and brother to Bruce, Thomas Jr. witnessed the deaths of his mother and brother at the hands of "Boss" Jim Gordon, leading him to choose to take on a mantle and control crime, having bitterness to his father for their deaths. Over time, Owlman began to control Gotham's crime families, and would unite with other like-minded individuals, forming the Crime Syndicate, controlling much of their Earth, and also being interested in conquering the Earth of their counterparts, the Justice League.
