A twisted serial killer, Onomatopoeia lives up to his name due to his habit to speak primarily in his name and onomatopoeias in general. Though he is a supervillain, his preferred targets are powerless superheroes, even if that led him to encounter Ollie Queen's Green Arrow, when he had wounded Connor Hawke. In addition to Green Arrow, Onomatopoeia has also gone after Batman disguised as Baphomet. A skilled martial artist with expertise in weapons as well as incredible durability for a human, Onomatopoeia cannot be underestimated.
