Fan Casting Neil Richards in Return to the DC Universe

A brilliant fashion designer, Neil Richards originally had also been a small time crook, stealing rare compounds into the clothes he would design. This led him to clash with the Teen Titans, and after which, he would go straight. Following this, Neil would be hired by Loren Jupiter, when he would gather the second incarnation of the Teen Titans, helping to design their costumes. Now, Neil continues to make strides with his Mad Mod line of fashion, having JLA member and former Teen Titan Argent as one of his top models for his line.
