Fan Casting Mr. Unknown in Return to the DC Universe

Originally the body double for his mentor, the original Mr. Unknown, Jiro Osamu became more involved in the role after his mentor was killed by the infamous Lord Death Man. This led him to encounter Batman and Catwoman, who came to recruit his mentor. Eventually faking his death, Jiro would be the first recruit to Batman, Incorporated, becoming "Batman Japan". Though recently, Jiro has felt he had to be true to himself, so he opted to return to being Mr. Unknown, a decision Bruce respected, being seen now as something of a "ghost who walks", which works fine for him to fight injustice in Japan.
