Fan Casting Mr. America in Return to the DC Universe

A former FBI agent who was fired for supplying his former partner Trey Thompson info in his time as Mr. America, when Jeff Graves was down, he was inspired by Trey's work as Mr. America, and took on the mantle itself. Though he has no metahuman powers, Jeff has skills in martial arts, various firearms, criminology as well as bullwhips, which he uses to help the JSA and bring justice to those who need it the most.
