A Venusian mind-worm, Mr. Mind has incredible telepathic powers for his diminutive size, which has put him at odds against the super-powered beings of Earth over the years. In the modern day, Mr. Mind has aligned himself with Dr. Sivana, in the hopes to have a massive invasion of his people to Earth.
