Fan Casting Marine Marauder in Return to the DC Universe

Dr. Marlene Simmonds had always been a very competitive person. She had to be the best in all respects, and beauty simply wasn't enough for her. Using her brother Marcus' research from his brief time as the first Marine Marauder as well as her own intelligence, Marlene took on the title of the new Marine Marauder, running into the Outsiders with a costume to allow her to survive in the ocean and technology to mentally control aquatic lifeforms. This also has led her to battle against Aquaman, proving herself to be a menace on land or sea.
