Fan Casting Marc Slayton in Return to the DC Universe

The head of Stormwatch, Marc Slayton used to be a government agent known as Backlash, for the razor sharp wires he used as weapons in action. He also was an experiment to expose the meta-gene, giving Slayton incredible longevity, psionic abilities, and a healing factor, something he used well in his military service and his work for his government. Eventually, Marc worked his way to lead Stormwatch, a clandestine group determined to aid humanity, which he does with the help of their own strike team of metahumans.
