Fan Casting Man-Bat in Return to the DC Universe

Developing an interest in bats at a young age, Dr. Kirk Langstrom studied bats in the hopes to develop a serum that could offer a cure to hearing loss and so much more. Testing the serum on himself, Langstrom became a living Man-Bat, complete with all the traits bats are known for, which led him to clash with Batman many times, even as Bruce Wayne funds his work. Though he has loathed his monstrous form, Dr. Langstrom has since learned to control his transformations, as well as dealing with his children possessing his unique DNA too, while he struggles, though he has recently been working to retain his mind as Man-Bat and varying serums for control.
