Fan Casting Liberty Belle in Return to the DC Universe

One of the first superheroines of the Golden Age of heroes, Libby Lawrence was in Poland around the start of World War II, which led to her father's death. Her escaping to France led her to become a reporter, then meeting Tom Revere at the Liberty Bell, syncing with it to gain incredible strength, speed, and the ability to make shockwaves from her hands, becoming Liberty Belle. Now with the JSA again, Libby is floored by the return of her ex-husband, Johnny Quick, whom she still has feelings for, even if she may not easily admit it.
