Lead can be seen as slow and cumbersome with his personality and nature, but he has a big heart to him. As the workhouse of the Metal Men, Lead is used to doing a good bit of heavy lifting, with a good personality even if he is slow. He's also got a great heart, being very helpful due to his ability to block radiation as well as usually being the first of the Metal Men to step up to the plate in the field.
