Fan Casting Lagoon Boy in Return to the DC Universe

An immigrant from the outer reaches of Atlantis, when Aquaman allowed outsiders to come to Atlantis and making it more open for them all, Lagoon Boy would come to help Aquaman in his adventures, and with his own fascination with the surface, would venture there to sightsee as well as becoming a member of both Young Justice and the Teen Titans. Sent into a coma by the Sons of Trigon, Lagoon Boy has recently woken up from that, and found himself unsure what to do, until he teams with Jon Kent's Superboy and Damian Wayne's Robin.
