Fan Casting Kritter in Return to the DC Universe

The last known surviving member of Helix, Kritter looks like a dog, but he's really a mutated human, thanks to Dr. Benjamin Love's twisted experiments. Even for his appearance, Kritter is a scientific genius, and eventually designed a device to convert his doglike barks into human speech. He also is quite strong and has an enhanced sense of smell. Since Helix's downfall, he and Baby Boom have been recruited into the DEO thanks to Mister Bones, even as Tao Jones has become a superhero informant, and Arak and Penny Dreadful have since died.
