Fan Casting Kanjar Ro in Return to the DC Universe

Kanjar Ro may seem unassuming, but as the leader of his homeworld of Dhor, he would do whatever he could to continue his reign, even dragging the Justice League of America into aiding him. Though defeated then, Kanjar continues his pursuits of power in many ways. Once, he possessed a mighty weapon called the Gamma Gong, with its sound able to paralyze planets within 3 rings. After Starro's defeat, Kanjar left R.E.B.E.L.S. to return to Dhor, but he is aware a being as powerful as Starro won't be defeated easily, and now prepares for when the universe goes to war due to Starro's wrath and Vril Dox's arrogance.
