Fan Casting John Diggle in Return to the DC Universe

An old friend of Ollie Queen's from his days before he became Green Arrow, John Diggle helped Ollie for the most part in his youth after his parents died. Eventually, as adults, Ollie and John drifted apart, due to John joining the US Army, then a PMC. Eventually, coming back to Star City, John reconnected with Ollie after his secret identity as Green Arrow got exposed, and has helped keep some peace in the city, on his own, with the SCPD's good cops, or with Team Arrow, as well as being suspicious of "The Queen" and her agendas too.
