Fan Casting Jim Barr in Return to the DC Universe

The son of a police officer, Jim Barr took up the fight for justice when his father died. Though he couldn't become a cop for physical reasons, he did join ballistics, eventually using a variant of Miraclo which he called the Crime Cure as well as inventing the Gravity Regulator Helmet, inspired by Nth Metal, to become Bulletman. Eventually, Jim would make a second helmet for his girlfriend (later wife) Susan Kent, as the two fought crime together as well as in the All-Star Squadron. Though retired now, Jim has been asked by his old JSA friends to become a teacher at JSA Academy, to help the next generation of superheroes... and if need be, he will strap on his old Bulletman gear to help!
