When Travis Morgan's wife Rachel died in a car crash, he sent their daughter Jennifer to live with her aunt due to feeling life on an Air Force base wouldn't be right for an eight-year old. But the separation made Jennifer miss her father. When he was believed dead, Jennifer would learn about her father and Skartaris, only trapped there when her expedition back to the surface was attacked.
