Synopsis

A return to the pre-Flashpoint Earth 0 of the DC Omniverse, showing how it and the multiverse it is tied to have changed thanks to events such as Convergence and the aftermath of Dark Knights Death Metal., exploring how it is a similar, but bold new world and remind fans of the old still standing with the new. Imagined as an animated epic, not live action.

Description of Jared Morillo:

Once a detective in the LAPD, Jared Morillo moved to Keystone City with his wife, who grew up there, and joined the KCPD, leading him to be immediately involved in the case with Cicada, and his cult that "worshipped" the Flash. With Wally West and Fred Chyre, they beat Cicada, but Jared had been affected by a dagger Cicada used, granting him impressive healing abilities. Now, he works with Fred as part of the KCPD's Department of Metahuman Hostility, proving to be a valuable ally to Wally West.
