Fan Casting Jack Hawksmoor in Return to the DC Universe

Experimented on and having modifications done to his body, Jack Hawksmoor was made by those who experimented on to be a King of Cities, where he could communicate with giant metropolises, and gain great power from them, being able to use the city's "spirit" to aid him in many ways, but the caveat is he is weakened when not in a city. Being found by Stormwatch's mysterious leader, Marc Slayton, Jack was offered a position in their metahuman response force, which Jack accepted, though his more aggressive nature clashes with team leader Battalion and his more reasonable approach.
