A girl in Siberia forced to live in servitude in a diamond mind, Isabel Rochev would change her life when she met Robert Queen and became obsessed with him, seeing him as a great source of inspiration. Years later, after Star City was decimated by Prometheus, she came into the picture, bringing her private security force into the city and aiming to take control of Queen Industries. To do so, she's needed to try to kill Oliver, Robert's son aka the Green Arrow, and has done all she can to do that, as well as to break his spirit, using means to separate him from his family. Though she has been exposed for her actions, she still is dangerous.
