The young apprentice to M'Bulaze, the original Impala, Charles Mokose has similar feats of great speed like his mentor as well as the ability to outleap a gazelle. A young political activist like his mentor, Charles continued to honor M'Bulaze's name after he was kidnapped and died at the hands of Roulette and her deadly game, The House. Once with the International Ultramarine Corps, Charles has since taken on the full mantle of Impala to honor M'Bulaze further, and now has been approached by Doctor Mist to become a part of the Global Guardians, a role he accepts with great pride.
