The son of the Golden Age Icicle, Cameron Mahkent had a lot of bitterness, given his father Joar resented him due to his metagene triggering from the tech in his father's cold gun, and which killed his mother at childbirth. When Hourman and Jesse Quick helped them and their daughter Isabelle, Cameron, albeit stubbornly, has wanted to change, which has led him to surprisingly join the JSA, to make his daughter proud of him.
