Fan Casting Human Bomb in Return to the DC Universe

A scientist who was in Blüdhaven when the Secret Society dropped Chemo on it, Andy Franklin managed to survive while his colleagues were destroyed. He also discovered he could generate powerful explosions from his skin, similar to Roy Lincoln, the original Human Bomb. Taken by S.H.A.D.E. when they found him, Andy remained tied to them for some time, taking on the name of the Human Bomb in an all black suit, before joining the Freedom Fighters. Now in a new costume inspired by Roy's, Andy continues to be a good (albeit explosive) force for justice.
