Fan Casting Hugo Strange in Return to the DC Universe

Hugo Strange is one of the more formidable enemies to Batman, being one of the few to deduce he is Bruce Wayne under the cowl. Hugo's childhood was scarred by trauma and grief, leading him to hone and direct himself, making the most of his ordeals to pursue higher goals, as well as leading him to make his Monster Men. His obsession with Batman allows Hugo to prey on Bruce's mental state, as he seeks to claim the cowl for his own purposes, and whether alone or aiding other enemies to the Dark Knight, Hugo Strange remains a threat.
