Fan Casting Hotstreak in Return to the DC Universe

A student at Ernest Hemingway High School as well as a frequent bully to Virgil Hawkins, Francis "F-Stop" Stone led one of the gangs in Dakota City during the Big Bang crisis on Paris Island. Though he was arrested, Francis's exposure to Quantum Juice caused his metagene to trigger, making him a pyrokinetic. Battling with Static, Hotstreak figured out he was Virgil Hawkins, making their rivalry more prominent. Though powerful, Hotstreak can easily be snuffed out as well as tire himself out, but his temper makes him dangerous.
