Fan Casting Heckler in Return to the DC Universe

In Delta City's ghetto, Stuart "Stu" Moseley ran the diner, Eats, while he had seen how rough things got in Delta City from crime lords such as Boss Glitter. Feeling he could do more with his sense of humor and wit (though he can stumble on his words normally), he put on a costume and with help from his friend Ledge, and became the Heckler, opposing the likes of Boss Glitter to hope to make Delta City better.
