A Green Martian archaeologist on Mars centuries before Ma'alefa'ak would unleash H'ronmeer's Curse, B'arzz O'oomm would make a remarkable discovery-- a green scarab. When he touched it, the scarab, really a Reach infiltrator beetle, attached to B'arzz, granting him its abilities on top of his own natural Martian powers. However, his scarab led him to depart from Mars to serve the Reach.
