Fan Casting Fugg in Return to the DC Universe

A creation of Danny the Street, Fugg is used to be able to communicate to the rest of the Doom Patrol what Danny is feeling thanks to an organic tape recorder in his stomach. However, Fugg's vocabulary is just his name outside of the tape recorder. Even if he seems out of place, Casey has taken a shine to Fugg, and sees him as a kind of other pet and team mascot.
