Fan Casting Fred Chyre in Return to the DC Universe

One of the oldest beat cops in the Keystone City Police Department, Fred Chyre is by no means an utterly bad cop. His only problem is his anger, which has led him to deal with many suspensions. Working with his old partner Joe Jackam, Fred had been able to bust Dr. Michael Amar, the serial killer Murmur. In the present day, he has worked with his new partner, Jared Morillo, as part of the KCPD's Department of Metahuman Hostility, working well with Wally West's Flash, even as Fred had to deal with losing Joe's granddaughter Julie and then her son Josh, the child of Weather Wizard.
