Fan Casting Fleur-de-Lis in Return to the DC Universe

A skilled secret agent for years in France's Department Gamma, Noelle Avril, best known by her codename of Fleur-de-Lis, has proven to be a skilled operative. It was these skills that led Noelle to be chosen to represent her country in the Global Guardians. Fleur served in distinction with the organization as well as having connections to Deathstroke, while also being part of the Ultramarine Corps, until recently, where she continues to work for the French government, then is called by Dr. Mist himself to rejoin the Global Guardians.
