Fan Casting Farid Amar in Return to the DC Universe

The son of Simon Baz's sister Sira and his brother-in-law/best friend Nazir, Farid is pretty much like many kids his age. Though he does find it cool that his uncle is a superhero, and how he loves hearing Simon's adventures. In fact, this attitude of his is what led Farid to suggest Simon join the JLA when Superman came to their place in Dearborn, Michigan, and offered Simon his spot, something Simon was glad to accept even if he was hesitant.
