Fan Casting Engineer in Return to the DC Universe

While working with S.T.A.R. Labs' Chicago branch, Angela Spica had been working with a unique series of nanites that was transferred to the Chicago lab that were discovered from some remnants of a crashed alien ship. Studying them led Angie to be bonded to the nanites, which formed what Angie called a "transdermal drysuit", a malleable suit of armor that formed like a second skin around her while stored as microscale components inside her body and ready to be called. Tapped by Stormwatch, Angie, now calling herself Engineer, serves as the organization's expert on all tech.
