Fan Casting Electric Man in Return to the DC Universe

Roy Pinto was an escaped convict, who had kept a low profile as Roy Peters, opening up an aquarium to lay low, with a specialty in electric eels. His exposure to them allowed him to gain an immunity to electricity thanks to steadily awakening his metagene. Testing his newfound immunity, Pinto discovered he could also discharge electricity and absorb it, becoming an Electric Man, trying to use it to cash in, only to be stopped by Aquaman. Even now, Pinto has been gaining more control of his powers to hope he can become a being of pure energy!
