The son of Lady Chronos, Sylbert had been accelerated to his current age, then dropped into the present day. Mentally unhinged, he was given a Bio-Belt like Ryan Choi, and became known as Dwarfstar, battling Ryan many times until the day he had Deathstroke and his Titans kill Ryan, leading him to be beaten within an inch of his life by Giganta. Now that he knows Ryan is alive again, Dwarfstar is more unhinged as he seeks to end his nemesis, the All-New Atom, once and for all by himself!
