Fan Casting Dr. Light in Return to the DC Universe

A scientist who was known for her brusque attitude, Dr. Kimiyo Hoshi was chosen by Mar Novu, the Monitor, in order to aid him in his battle against his dark brother, Mobius the Anti-Monitor. Given a suit similar to the one Jacob Findley, a colleague of her father's, made and used by Arthur Light, Kimi would become Dr. Light, becoming a hero in the process. Over time, Kimi would become a member of the Justice League, balancing her work as a hero with being a divorced mother and now working at S.T.A.R. Labs in Metropolis with her light manipulating powers, befitting another alias she has chosen of Hikari, Japanese for Light.
