Fan Casting Doctor Alchemy in Return to the DC Universe

A brilliant former member of the Central City CSI labs, Albert Desmond had something of an antagonistic relationship with Barry Allen. When he discovered the Philosopher's Stone, an item capable of altering elements into different ones, he had snapped, creating a split personality, first as Mr. Element, then as Dr. Alchemy. Though he has allied with the Rogues, Alchemy is more interested in forbidden knowledge and his insane experiments, often being able to escape Iron Heights effortlessly. Since Barry Allen's return, he is currently at large.
