Fan Casting Detective Harvey Bullock in Return to the DC Universe

One of the more controversial officers in the GCPD, Harvey Bullock is one of the few honest cops on the force, even if he initially came on board because of the machinations of former Gotham Mayor Hamilton Hill. He also was known for his more antagonistic relationship with Batman at first, though he would gain respect for the Caped Crusader while working with him. Known for his mouth, always having a cigar around as well as being a heavy drinker, Bullock serves as one of Jim Gordon's right-hands in the GCPD, dealing with the crazy criminal elements of the city.
