Fan Casting Darryl Frye in Return to the DC Universe

Barry Allen's superior at the CCPD, Darryl Frye sees Barry for the talent he has in CSI, even if he knows he needs a little push. He's also suspected Barry being the Flash, which is why he knew he was back and rehired him. On the offside, he at times had dressed up as the superhero Captain Incredible to help fight crime outside of his work in the police. Though he can be annoyed by the politics in the CSI department, Captain Frye believes in what they do being important, and necessary to solve crimes of all kinds in Central City.
