Fan Casting Cosmic Boy in Return to the DC Universe

Though he hails from the planet Braal, Rokk Krinn was born on Earth before his family returned home, giving him great control of his magnetic manipulation powers. Hoping to find work on Earth to help his impoverished parents, Rokk was on a ship where fate would lead him down a different path when he and two other passengers, Garth Ranzz and Imra Ardeen, would save billionaire RJ Brande's life. Inspired by their bravery and that of Superman, Brande had the youths stay together, to form the Legion of Super-Heroes, with Rokk going on to be called Cosmic Boy, serving as the Legion's most concurrent leader.
