Fan Casting Cobalt Blue in Return to the DC Universe

Born as the twin brother to Barry Allen, Malcolm would be be given to Hugo and Charlene Thawne by Dr. Gilmore, when he was unable to save their own child, lying to the Allens. Over the years, Malcolm was mocked by his family because he lacked the power they had of a blue flame, until he learned he was adopted. After killing Dr. Gilmore, Malcolm traveled and got into trouble with the law, until he learned the power of the flame form his adopted grandmother. Now, after observing Barry from afar, he burns with hate for what should be his, becoming Cobalt Blue, and spawning a centuries long feud between the Thawnes and the Flash Family.
