Imagined as an animated epic, not live action.

Description of Brother Night (Eldon Peck):

A powerful sorcerer based in San Francisco, Eldon Peck started his criminal and supernatural career by trafficking human souls in the San Francisco Bay area in the 60's. He also had sired many children over the years, his magical powers enhanced by his servitude to dark forces, given what John Zatara knew about him. Eventually, Zatanna would confront Brother Night, who continues to expand his criminal empire, even forming an alliance with Lex Luthor to join the Legion of Doom as its key mystic and Zatanna's equivalent in its core eight.
