Fan Casting Brainiac 2 in Return to the DC Universe

The genetic clone of the original Brainiac, Vril Dox shared his father's intelligence as well as his lack of moralities, even if his intentions tended to be better than his father's quest for knowledge. With his intelligence, Vril formed the galactic peacekeeping task force, L.E.G.I.O.N., though he has lost control of it multiple times. His goals are usually at the task at hand, which blinds him, as does his lack of trust and need of control. His arrogance also will be a danger, as space is about to be more dangerous due to Starro the Conqueror coming forth to seek vengeance on L.E.G.I.O.N.... and to set his sights once more on Earth.
