Fan Casting Brainstorm in Return to the DC Universe

A brilliant scientist, Axel Storm sought to help mankind harness stellar energy, energy from the stars themselves, just as Albert Einstein showed the world how to harness nuclear energy. He succeeded, but the experiment with his helmet warped his mind, turning him into the villainous Brainstorm, leading him to battle the JLA, forming a vendetta against Hal Jordan for supposedly killing his brother Fred. Even if that was rectified, Brainstorm still waits, plotting and scheming his revenge against the Justice League.
