For fifteen years, Amunet Black has been running and operating the Network, an underground black market in Central and Keystone City, the twin cities, for super-villains to buy, sell, or move contraband. She also had been married to Keith Kenyon, formerly Goldface, at that time, stealing his elixir but changing it so she could perform bio-fission. Eventually, she formed the New Rogues, but was defeated by Wally West's Flash as well as her ex-husband, with the Network shut down. Now, in Iron Heights, she is preparing a splinter of Rogues... to make her stand above Keystone and Central City again.
