Fan Casting Batwing in Return to the DC Universe

A distant relative to the ruling family of Mtamba, David Zavimbi became its figurehead when Jezebel Jet, the last member of the ruling family went missing in Gotham City. Chosen by the cabal of interests than controlled Mtamba, David accepted the role of leader, and had a chance encounter with Batman. Given an exoskeleton, David would become Batwing, representing Batman, Inc. in the Congo as well as aiding the Kollectiv, a team of heroes in Africa, and taking Bruce's position in Justice League International.
