Fan Casting Baby Boom in Return to the DC Universe

One of the former members of Helix, Baby Boom may have the appearance of a baby... but she's anything but, similar to her "brothers and sisters". Due to Dr. Love's tampering with her genetics, Baby Boom stopped growing at the age of five, but gained powerful mental powers to explode things she is looking at. When Helix was defeated, Baby Boom, along with Kritter, were more or less on the run... until they had been given a job as special agents of the DEO by their old friend, Mister Bones. Not wanting to waste this chance, they handle unique, metahuman-heavy cases.
