Fan Casting Atomic Skull II in Return to the DC Universe

Joe Martin was once an ordinary college courier who had suffered periods of severe fatigue. When visiting S.T.A.R. Labs in Metropolis, it coincided with an attack by Monarch, which led him to be caught in a blast near Parasite. Over time, Joe began to change, thanks to the effects of the Dominators' Gene Bomb before, triggering his metagene, and in his delusions, he became the Atomic Skull, believing himself to be the movie serial character. Though he has been a villain, now, with help from S.T.A.R., Joe is slowly regaining some sanity, and is fearful of what he can do to change what he has done as the Atomic Skull.
